Vineyard & Viticulture

Mineral soils with red clay. Climate Cold due the coastal climate and latitude in the south, with temperatures rarely higher than 25 ºC. Harvest Hand picked 70%, mechanical 30%. Ageing Process 4 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
