Bruno Colin
Following technical and commercial training at the Beaune Viticultural School, Bruno started to work with his parents and brother in 1993 at the family domaine Michel Colin-Deleger.
2003, the mutual decision was taken to divide the family domaine into three separate entities :
Domaine Michel Colin-Deleger / Domaine Philippe Colin / Domaine Bruno Colin
2004, Bruno created his first vintage. Farms eight hectares of land, in thirty different parcels scattered over five communes. Bruno bottles Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Santenay, and Maranges. He vinifies nineteen cuvees separately, twelve of which are premier cru! Bruno’s style shows beautiful balance, both aromatically and texturally, while showcasing the delicate minerality and nuanced complexity of each vineyard.
Terroir
vines planting in 1981 and 2000 from Clay-limestone Soil. Cultivation is Sustainable methods. The soils are worked and tilled mechanically.Harvests manual with selective sorting in the vineyards. Ageing 10 months in oak barrels (with 10 to 20 % new oak).
